If you've been paying attention, you know we've been working hard to make improvements to the latest Gym Gypsy journal. And if you haven't been paying attention, that's ok too! We're going to give you the scoop!
First, we're giving you WAY more space to write down your workout details! A lot of you said you wanted more room and we agreed! There's a lot of things to track if you're weightlifting, doing WODs, conditioning, and working on skills. So, not only did we redesign the pages so that there's far more room to track weightlifting, skills, and conditioning pieces, we also made the entire journal BIGGER! Instead of the 5x7 size we've used previously, now the journals are 8x10! So much room for activities!
Second, we noticed that our covers were getting beat up sooner than we preferred. So, the covers are now far thicker and more durable! We're all about that functional thickness!
Third, we know how inconvenient it can be to have to track down a calculator or have to whip out your phone to do pound to kilo conversions when weightlifting. Thanks of a collaboration between us at Gym Gypsy and Natalie Noe, now, all you have to do is flip to the back of your journal to look at the pound to kilo conversion chart! Sweet!
Lastly, we decided the journals needed a little more personality! Now, each season will come with a pretty new cover design! We're really digging the blue mandala design for the Winter journals and we hope you do too!
