How do I enter a coupon code?
You can enter the coupon code on the Cart page. Enter the coupon code in the box and click Apply Coupon.
Does the coupon code discount my subscriptions?
The coupon code will discount only the first order of a subscription product.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Products that ship to Florida, USA are required to pay sales tax. This will be automatically added to your shopping cart.
How do I delete an item or change quantities before placing my order?
From the Cart page, to delete an item, click the X located to the left of each item you would like to remove.
To change quantities of an item, click the – or + buttons in the quantity column.
Why should I create an account?
Subscription purchases are required to create an account. From your account page you will be able to:
- Update credit card information
- Update billing and shipping addresses
- Hold, cancel or renew your subscription
- Reset your password
- Change your email address
With an account, you are able to check your order status online. Your address and shipping information will also be saved for future orders.
How do I reset my account password?
Navigate to the My Account page from the main menu. Click on the Lost your password? link. Enter your email address and click Reset Password. You will receive an email with further instructions.
I was locked out of my account. How can I log back in?
If you incorrectly entered your password too many times, your account will be locked. Please contact us and we can reset your password and reactivate your account.

How do I change my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, update your address or any other related subscription information, navigate to the Terms and Conditions page. If you have any questions or issues, simply contact us and will get back to you ASAP (within 24 hours).
How do find out the shipping costs before creating an order?
Just enter your shipping address to receive a realtime shipping rate from USPS. Shipping is calculated per item and packaged together for multiple items. If you have special requests (overnight, etc), please message us via our Contact Form and we can provide shipping options and costs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We can ship to most countries. We use USPS for our international shipping. You will receive a realtime price once you enter your address in the shipping field. Please contact us if there are any additional shipping requests. We will do our best to accommodate you.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchasing. Journal shipments prior to the start of the season begin as soon as we receive them from the printers. Typically packages arrive in 2-7 days. Please contact us if you would like alternative shipping methods (overnight, express, registered, etc.).
Do you offer pick up from your location in Sarasota, FL?
Yes, you are more than welcome to pickup your order from our gym, Seaward CrossFit in Sarasota, FL. Please contact us to ensure your order is ready for pickup. Use coupon code: PICKUP to clear the shipping costs.
I ordered a journal but the status still says processing. Why?
Our journals are printed just prior to the start of the season. If you ordered your journal before the start of the season, it won’t ship until we receive them from our printers. We will update the status of the journals on our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) and you can alway contact us for more information.
What is Priority Mail shipping?
Priority Mail is the United States Postal Service’s standard air service. Packages usually arrive to their domestic destination within 1-3 business days. Transit times vary depending on how far the package has to be delivered from its origin. However, it’s important to keep in mind that this is not a guaranteed service. So there’s no recourse if packages are delayed.
What is Priority Mail Express shipping?
Formerly known as Express Mail, Priority Mail Express is USPS’s fastest shipping service. Depending on the distance a shipment must travel, USPS will make a service commitment of 1 to 3 business days for domestic shipments. Learn more.
Overnight scheduled delivery by 10:30 am is also available to most U.S. addresses, including PO Boxes. As of 2017, the fee for this service is $5.00 per parcel.
Most importantly, this is a guaranteed service. If the package is delivered after the guaranteed delivery date, you can apply for a refund of postage paid. Learn more.
What is First Class International shipping?
First Class International is the best option when shipping lightweight packages. International delivery times vary by destination. First Class Mail is not recommended if a timely delivery is important. Maximum weight for international shipments is up to 4 lbs.
If you are not happy or wish to exchange your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We cannot offer a refund, exchange or credit outside of 14 days.
To qualify for a refund, exchange or credit, your purchase must be in the same condition that you received it. Once we receive your order, a refund of the purchase price will be sent to the account that was used for the order.
We are not responsible for the return shipping costs, including exchanges. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
For size exchanges on clothing items, we will provide free shipping for the first exchange once we receive the item. Any addition exchanges will incur additional shipping charges.
