My first renewal date doesn't match the shipping dates. How do I change it?
Your first renewal date will be updated shortly after your first order to next season's renewal date below.

My subscription renewal was sent to my old address, can I get a replacement journal?
Yes, we can create a replacement order and send it to your new address. Send us an email and we can take care of it for you. You are responsible for the additional cost of the replacement order and shipping. Please make sure your address is up-to-date before your order renewal date.
How do I enter a discount code?
You can enter the coupon code on the checkout page. Enter the coupon code in the box and click Apply.
Does the discount code apply to subscription renewal orders?
The discount code will discount only the first order of a subscription.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Products that ship to Florida, USA are required to pay sales tax because this is where we are located. Sales tax will be automatically added to your shopping cart.
How do I delete an item or change quantities before placing my order?
From the Cart page, to delete an item, click the X located to the right of each item you would like to remove.
To change quantities of an item, update the number in the quantity column.
Why should I create an account?
Subscription purchases are required to create an account. From your account page you will be able to:
- Update credit card information
- Update billing and shipping addresses
- Hold, cancel or renew your subscription
- Reset your password
- Change your email address
With an account, you are able to check your order status online. Your address and shipping information will also be saved for future orders.
How do I reset my account password?
Navigate to the Account page from the main menu. Click on the link Forgot your password? Enter your email address and click Submit. You will receive an email with further instructions.
How do I cancel my subscription?
All you need to do is log into your account then click on Manage Subscriptions. From there you will be able to see Cancel on the righthand side next to your active subscription.
