Log into your customer account
You can access your Customer Portal through your Shopify account login. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout. Once your account is registered, you can login and access your Customer Portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link.
Alternatively, you can access your account using the Customer Portal direct link. This link is normally sent in your Subscription Confirmation email and your Upcoming Order email.
Cancel a Subscription
To cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Within the Subscriptions tab, click the Edit link. On the following page, scroll down towards the bottom and click Cancel Subscription.
Cancel an Order
Cancelling a subscription does not cancel any orders which have not shipped yet. The only way to cancel an order is to email us with your order number. We will happily refund your order. Please do not perform a charge back on your credit card. The $15 dollar fee is a significant amount to our small business.
Update Billing Information
Once you have logged into your account, click Manage Subscriptions, then click on the Billing Information tab in the top-right corner. From here, you can update your billing address and Card On File.
Skip a Delivery
Once logged in, Edit on the active subscription. Then click the Skip Shipment button. The Next Charge Date will automatically reflect the new billing date for your subscription.
Update Shipping and Billing Addresses
Please Note: You cannot update the address of an order which has already be created. Please contact us if you need the address of a pending order updated.
Once logged in, click on Subscriptions and click Edit. On the left hand side, you will find the shipping address followed by the billing address. Click on the address that needs updating and complete the address fields.
